Catering Update

Wednesday 6th November

Thankful the full budget came though, so we had no need for the plan B or to cut down on what we were getting.
We first got to buying the material items at Hello Banana on Esk Street, the Total of that costing $70 less then we had anticipated, leaving $70 spare.

We next went to packnsave to buy the food that we didn't need fresh so all of the non perishable foods and foods that would be okay overnight,

I misjudged on the sized of some of the products we were getting resulting in us needing less of that particular Item, which means we now have more then we will probably need,
However we do still need to get the perisible items on the list tomorrow, such as the bread, cheese and Meant.
We used Natasha's car to transport the products to SIT Downtown campus, storing the fruit and vegg in the Staff fridge.

After that Natasha went to get the Booze and glasses, I would have gone with her however, we needed the car for it and she is only on her restricted meaning she couldn't take her with me, She managed to gett everything including the glasses with no issue.

I do think that we will ha ve money left over for the catering, this will be given back to the Treasurer after purcising all we need for think and create.
