Catering Update

Catering Update:

After looking at the Venue after most of the artworks were installed, there was a ton of emty space withing the raw gallery.
Due to this new update I decided that All the catering should be moved downstairs, to for one be in the main area and too keep people happy, and also to fill in some of the emty space within the raw gallery, the food and drinks will all by near the gaming room,

With the catering downstairs we wont hav direct acsess to the hot water, However, in the Boom Room there is a large thermos that we can use to store hot water, This will run out quickly, however with the thermos it will be easier to transport from upstairs to the hot drinks table

What I need to do now is figure out the base cost for all the food so we can work out a budget, which means meeting up with natasha and working out what exactly we are having and finding out the price for what we want to get,

HeiHei Is a New Zealand based company, they are focused around creating cartoons, shows and games for children around the 9-12 age mark. They have a huge variety in content so there are a variety of places I could work within the company. Some of the jobs I could contribute to the company are Storyboarding for not only animation but Live action shows, I also could even work on animating shows in 2D or 3D.

Looking into StarStable

Star Stable is a video game company based in Sweden, While it is in sweden they do have bases out of said country, despite there being no base in New Zealand, I still think it would be possible to work for them, it could not only be a great job but encourage me to travel the world a bit more, for the job, well, moving contrary that is.

For this company I could work in various departments, either, Animation, modeling or Concept art.

Exibition

I think the Year 2 research exhibition went quite well.

I helped the installation team put a few things up as I had free time
Same to the distillation team I had free time and felt like helping

As for the team I was in, Food and catering, I think we could have done much better
communication needed work and I think I should have organised the food and catering better
for example making sure everyone knew what they were doing, keeping stock of everything we had for the event, and Most importantly organizing the cleanup the day after the event and not leaving it till its too late.

As for the preparation that went quite well, the food and layout looked amazing and everyone at the event enjoyed the food which was fun to watch.

FUCK YEA IT DOES< BOI DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG I"VE BEEN WORKING ON MAH BABIES, I just use chool stuff as an exuse to draw and dvelop my characters more as I get sidetracked way to easilky and end up procrastinating of mah precious babies, I still need to create a solid timeline yet, i have no idea what im doing but I will get there somehow???
Its help, because I got some stuff done, characters will most likley still develop but hey I got some good stuff outa this.

Outcome: Sick logo for my story and an awesome as fuck aertbook, its like a checkpoint in the creation of this story, I might not have developed as much as i want but boi i made progress, havent learned shit idk im too tired right now, I HATE MORNINGS, Um Im just happy for a solid checkpoint in my story next step is to make more characters and fill out the timeline more fosusing on the first story arc.
