Decided to add lil music to my soundscape

I can't fix the exchange files, I really don't know what to do in that re-guard, Im still going to try to edit Something in, I know at the very least I have replaced the music within the premiere file.

Week: Mini Murder

Got more inking done im going pretty slow on it, im gonna come in on t he weekend and try to finnish of the inking 4 more pages to do, then after that I will block in the colour for the pages.

okay so far do not like, the sound and pacing is weird, just eegggghhhhhhhh

I Don't think its the techniques used in said film, they were interesting, the choice to use them, however i just hated the concept of the movie the story,
one of those being the transition by animation

I didn't really pay much attention as I just Can not stand these types of movies that just twist your mind, i don't know, maybe it was a few combinations but i didn't like it

Week8: Catering goals

WEEK 10:

Staffing
- Catering, people standing and serving the food and drink
- Preparing the food
- taking food around every now and then

Health and Safety (Hazards)
- Hot water (hot drink and food supervised so no kids burn themselves)
- Hot food
- No cross contamination (different types of food, prepared and served differently)
- Food Allergies (LABEL THE FOOD)


Facilities
- Staff kitchen in S.I.T
- Gallery set up
- possible to cook in my flat, however we would need a car to transport the food

How are we going to keep the hot food hot
Last event we had something that kept the water hot (i want to see if we can use that again)
As for food, covers on the food, heat the plates you put them on, Don't bring all the hot food out at once, keep some stored so that the hot food and be replaced when gone, if cold they could be re-heated (if possible and safe)

Work through the Planning section, using Think and Create.

- Create an Aims, Objectives and Measures of Success Table for T & C. Analyse the potential impact of T & C short, medium and long-term.

Aims
- Why is the project taking place, what purpose does said event provide,
- Motivation and intentions?

Objective
- specific things that are needed or wanted to be achieved, this could be seen as stepping stones to complete the overall aim of the project, within objective, they should be, smart, realistic, specific and achievable within the available time frame.

Measures of success
- how you know that an objective is achieved, other ways of calling this are ass follows; outcomes, success criteria
- (use last year as example)


REPORT: INITIAL PLANNING
This project of the Think and Create's purpose this year, is to showcase the film, animation, gaming and art students work at S.I.T. We are looking to pull this event of to get not only good grades for this paper, but to help give exposure to the participants through an exciting and inviting event, This will also provide the second years with the experience and knowledge of how to run and set up a complex event, which, in the future will help us out with further projects as we can look back at this experience to see what went right and what went wrong.

I want this event to go off better then it has in the previous year, This event will need to go off seemingly, good planning and good communication, meaning clear instructions and intentions, easy for other people outside of the planning committee to understand. With this it will make it more likely for people to want to participate.
The event should be easy to participate and join in on, as I have noted communication needs to be clear, not only this but making sure everyone is doing their share of work and no one person is taking too much of a load while others slack off.

The measure of success for this event will primarily and directly be the grades for use, but aside from grade a big achievement shall be every objective mark being hit on the nose, people getting tasks done on time, people turning up to each meeting they are required at.
A mark of the event being a success will be the feedback we get from the participants and the people attending the event, we want people to enjoy the event so good feedback will be clear that we have achieved out goal of making the event awesome. Prizes that have been won in the event will not only draw people in it will help get community involved with possibly even internships, which will show that people have been interested and have loved the event.
